Who to contact
The website publisher is Nexus Commerce F.B L.L.C-FZ, Dubai, UAE. Questions about enquiry information or requests to correct or remove details can be addressed to manager@nexusfb.ae. Identify the relevant enquiry reference where available, without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
Contact form and acknowledgement
When online sending is enabled, we collect the contact information and requirements you enter to process your enquiry. After the request has been forwarded to our team, an automatic acknowledgement with a reference is sent to the supplied email address. It does not create a marketing subscription.
The address is checked for format, but ownership is not verified. To limit misuse, the acknowledgement contains standard wording and the reference, not a copy of the visitor’s message or attachment. If online sending is disabled, a clearly labelled local draft is offered and nothing is sent.
Technical storage and service providers
When online submission is active, requests are stored in a protected server directory outside the public website folder. The operator may enable email notifications. Hosting and email providers may process the information needed to deliver their services. Access should be restricted to authorised personnel.
The website operator is responsible for implementing a retention schedule suited to the enquiry and any subsequent commercial relationship, including emails and backups. Contact Nexus to ask about the handling of your enquiry or to request correction or deletion.
Cookies and measurement
This website does not include advertising trackers, analytics tags, embedded maps or externally loaded web fonts. Language selection is reflected in the page address rather than a tracking cookie.
The live enquiry endpoint uses a necessary session cookie for form security. Temporary rate-limit records help prevent repeated automated submissions. The hosting provider may keep access or security logs under its own configuration. Any future addition of tracking or external integrations requires the notice and configuration to be reviewed.
